So I bought a dozen old burlap coffee bags awhile back and they have been sitting around waiting to be put to good use. Originally I was going to use them as fabric to reupholster on an old wing back chair, but without some kind of treatment, the burlap sheds like crazy. My new idea is to cut them up and sew them back together into a sheet of coffee bag graphics that I can mount to my kitchen wall. First I have to remove all the stitching from the bags so I can lay them out flat and see what I'm working with. Below are the bags and the wall they might soon find themselves on.
