About Cush Design Studio:

Cush Design Studio was started in Los Angeles in 2008 when Christopher Cushingham was finishing his BA in Interior Design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. After starring on HGTV's Design School, Chris moved from LA to New York to work for an architectural interior design firm called Nemaworkshop. In 2011 Chris began to refocus his labors on Cush Design Studio, developing new furniture pieces and taking on a series of new interior design projects both in LA and NYC. 

Philosophy:

Your surrounding environment has the power to affect your state of mind. If you are not experiencing a positive emotional response to your space, there is a mood altering, life changing opportunity waiting to be addressed. You should love to be in the spaces where you spend your time. Your home should be your sanctuary, a place that feels good every time you walk in the front door, a place that you don't want to leave. Your work space should inspire you to come in and get your work done, and enjoy being there. Your space should, be your favorite place in the world. If it isn't, it can be, and thats the job of Cush Design Studio; to make it so.
